EasyMD ("we", "us") operates the sponsorship platform at plan-usa.easymd.co. This policy explains what personal information we collect from donors, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Account and contact info, payment details processed by Stripe, sponsorship details, and basic technical data used to improve the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process sponsorship payments, send receipts and updates, provide impact reports, and comply with legal and accounting obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to operate: Stripe, email providers, and hosting infrastructure. We never sell donor data.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information while your sponsorship is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law thereafter.

5. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing Nicolas@easymd.co.

6. Security

Payments are processed over TLS and tokenized by Stripe. Account data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
