1. About EasyMD

EasyMD ("we", "us") operates a healthcare gift and funding platform that helps eligible families access EasyMD services. By using plan-usa.easymd.co you agree to these terms.

2. Healthcare Gifts

A healthcare gift funds access to EasyMD services such as primary care, telemedicine, mental health support, and care navigation for the recipient you select or for an eligible family matched through the community pool. Healthcare gifts are not represented as tax-deductible contributions unless EasyMD states that explicitly. Consult a tax advisor for guidance.

3. Billing

Plans are billed on the cycle you selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew until canceled; cancellations stop future monthly charges and do not refund partial periods. Yearly and 2-year plans are prepaid, charged upfront, and non-refundable except when required by law or when EasyMD determines that a billing error occurred.

4. Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, contact Nicolas@easymd.co within 30 days and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when available.

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Healthcare Disclaimer

EasyMD coordinates access to healthcare services through partner providers. We do not ourselves practice medicine, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyMD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EasyMD is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
