1. About EasyMD

EasyMD ("we", "us") operates a sponsorship platform that pairs donors with families in Latin America who need access to healthcare. By using plan-usa.easymd.co you agree to these terms.

2. Sponsorships

A sponsorship is a recurring monthly contribution that funds healthcare services (primary care, telemedicine, mental health support) for the family you select. Sponsorships are NOT donations to a registered 501(c)(3) charity unless explicitly stated, and contributions may not be tax-deductible. Consult a tax advisor for guidance.

3. Billing

Sponsorships are billed on the cycle you selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellations stop future charges; we do not refund partial periods.

4. Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, contact Nicolas@easymd.co within 30 days and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Healthcare Disclaimer

EasyMD coordinates access to healthcare services through partner providers. We do not ourselves practice medicine, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyMD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EasyMD is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
