Payment costs

Stripe processing fees, fraud controls, and required billing infrastructure.

How families are prioritized

EasyMD prioritizes families with practical barriers to care, especially single mothers and caregivers who need affordable access to doctors and mental health support.

  • Single mothers and primary caregivers are prioritized.
  • Income pressure, dependents, and medical need guide matching.
  • Families are never selected based on ability to market their story.
  • Personal details are masked unless a family gives explicit permission to share more.

What members can expect

Clear billing

You see the plan, billing cycle, and total before Stripe Checkout.

No card handling

Payments are completed through Stripe Checkout. EasyMD does not store full card numbers.

Impact updates

Members receive plain-language updates about care enabled by their plan when data is available.

Billing terms

Monthly plans can be canceled to stop future billing. Yearly and 2-year prepaid plans are non-refundable except when required by law.
